Before and After Rhinoplasty Case: A Patient with Multiple Fillers and Hiko Procedures

Today, we would like to talk about a rhinoplasty case

of a patient who had multiple fillers and Hiko procedures.

Many people often hesitate

between getting surgery or a non-surgical procedure.

It is quite common to try non-surgical procedures first

before eventually deciding on surgery,

and this patient is a typical case who underwent surgery

after having multiple nose procedures.

First, we removed the foreign substances from previous procedures,

and elevated the nasal bridge and nasal tip using silicone, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage.

We also performed bulbous nose correction and nasolabial angle correction.

This was the surgical plan we proceeded with.
