Today, for a patient with both a dragon nose and a long nose type,
we would like to show the before and after results of their revision rhinoplasty.
They previously had their primary rhinoplasty at another clinic,
which resulted in an elongated nose and excessive nostril exposure,
resembling a dragon nose, causing them much concern.
For this patient, we used silicone, septal cartilage, and donated rib cartilage
for the revision surgery, simultaneously correcting
their concerns of the dragon nose and long nose.
