of a patient who received full face fat grafting along with rhinoplasty.
For the nose line, she preferred a natural yet glamorous
straight-curve (jik-ban) line, and to give a celebrity example,
she wanted Shin Se-kyung's nose.
For the nose, she underwent hump and bulbous nose correction,
using donated rib cartilage, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage.
Fat grafting was injected into the forehead, temples,
front cheeks, and nasolabial folds.
By performing full face fat grafting along with rhinoplasty,
she was able to achieve an even more harmonious line.
