the case of a patient who underwent

short nose rhinoplasty and full-face fat grafting.

The patient had previously received fillers,

but since only the center of the forehead was convex,

we recommended dissolving it before proceeding.

The nose was a short nose type with an upturned tip,

so we proceeded with a plan to correct the short nose.

They received full-face fat grafting,

and the short nose correction was performed

using a silicone implant, ear cartilage, and septal cartilage.

The short nose was improved, and the flat facial volume

was significantly enhanced, resulting in

a much softer impression

and more three-dimensional facial features!
