NO!

Even if the stitches have been removed,

the wound has not fully healed yet,

so we recommend abstaining from alcohol and smoking for at least one month.

NO!

If the first surgery is successful,

there is no need to do it again.

However, because there are many cases of revision rhinoplasty,

Is making a "pig nose" impossible after rhinoplasty?

Conditionally YES!

Depending on the surgical method and the type of cartilage used,

it may or may not be possible.

Speaking in terms of the general method,

if a septal extension graft is performed using septal cartilage,

the nose becomes much firmer than before the surgery,

so there is a higher probability that making a "pig nose" will not be possible.
