Beautiful Results for a Long, Drooping Nasal Tip Case with Implant-Free Rhinoplasty

Today, we are sharing the before-and-after photos

of a patient who underwent implant-free rhinoplasty.

Before surgery, the nose was not low, but

it appeared long, had a deviated feel,

and the nasal tip was drooping.

​

Since this patient was a candidate for an implant-free procedure,

we elevated the nasal tip without using artificial implants,

utilizing septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and donated rib cartilage.

There was a slight dorsal hump and the nose was long,

so we performed correction for those as well.
