From a Wide and Bulbous Nose to a High, Straight-Curved Nose!?
Hello~ This is Vibe Plastic Surgery. Today, we would like to share a rhinoplasty case of a patient who had a wide, bulbous nasal tip along with a dorsal hump. The patient wanted a straight-curved (Jikban) line nose. For the surgical materials, we used septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and silicone to raise the height. Along with bulbous nose correction and hump reduction, an osteotomy was also necessary, so we proceeded with that as well. Shall we take a look at the before and after differences?
