a case of a patient who underwent implant-free rhinoplasty.

Before the surgery, the patient had a bulbous nose and a small dorsal hump,

and had received nose filler 6 years ago, and Hiko threads

8 years ago.

For the style, they wanted a natural half-curve shape

only at the nasal tip, and since they did not prefer implants,

we proceeded with an implant-free approach.

A rhinoplasty using only cartilage!

who received the "Dan-yeon-ko" (Only-Cartilage Rhinoplasty)~?

Using only septal and ear cartilage as materials,

the surgery was performed with Vibe's Dan-yeon-ko^^

In addition, bulbous nose correction, hump nose correction, long nose correction,

columella correction, and nasal osteotomy were performed along with the removal of foreign body (nose filler).

As you can see, the dorsal hump is gone,

and the nose bridge looks much smoother and slimmer

than before:)
