Before and After Correction of Bulbous Nose + Hump Nose + Long Nose

Today, we would like to show you a rhinoplasty case

of a female patient with a bulbous, hump, and long nose type.

Additionally, this patient originally had

a low nasal bridge and tip.

For the materials, we used silicone for the nasal bridge,

and ear cartilage and septal cartilage

for the nasal tip.

​

Because her septal cartilage was on the larger side,

we were able to proceed without using

additional donated rib cartilage.
