Today, we would like to share
a before-and-after case of a patient
who underwent rhinoplasty and facial fat grafting together.
Before the surgery, this patient was concerned
about having a deviated and long nose.
Therefore, we proceeded with deviated nose correction and long nose correction,
along with osteotomy and foreign body removal.
For the materials, we used donated rib cartilage, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage
to create a sharp and defined nose shape,
and through forehead and temple fat grafting,
we created an even more harmonious facial line :)
